The Banbury Music Festival 2021 has been postponed

The Bunbury Music Festival in Cincinnati has been postponed for 2021, and event organizers say this year’s festival could be canceled entirely. In a statement Monday morning, the festival organizers wrote, “The Panparians, we had hoped the big picture would look completely different at this point, but unfortunately, taking into account the safety and well-being of our fans, artists and staff, we have chosen to postpone our plans for the next part of the Bunbury Music Festival.” The three-day festival has been canceled completely in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. This year’s festival – scheduled for June along Cincinnati’s riverbank at Sawyer Point Whitman Cove – was slated to be the festival’s tenth show. “Cancellation once, let alone twice, is the last thing we want to do,” the statement read. “The state of things is not going as expected to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone in June, so we look to the future without closing the door completely by 2021. We will continue to seek guidance on health officials at all levels and ask all of you to stay safe and healthy.” The summer outdoor festival usually features some of the biggest music acts. Last year’s titles were supposed to be Twenty One Pilots, Marshmello, and Avett Brothers. For more information, click here.
